Every engagement begins with a confidential readiness assessment. Where a credible pathway exists, Atlas sets out the recommended route, the workstreams required and the sequence in which they run. Scope and commercial terms are agreed in definitive engagement documentation before work begins.
Atlas does not accept every mandate. Where a company is not yet in a position to pursue a listing, saying so early is more useful than proceeding.
