We are interested in people with experience in one or more of the following:
Corporate finance, capital markets or transaction advisory
Audit, financial reporting or corporate accounting
Corporate law, securities work or regulatory compliance
Corporate governance and company secretarial practice
Project and transaction management
Investor relations, corporate communications or market narrative
We also consider strong candidates at the start of their careers who can demonstrate analytical ability, precision and an interest in capital markets.
Accuracy. The work involves regulated processes where detail carries consequence.
Ownership. People here are trusted with workstreams and are expected to carry them.
Clarity. Complex matters have to be explained to management teams in plain language.
Discretion. Client information is confidential without exception.
